In today’s competitive market place, customers are increasingly demanding that organizations demonstrate a commitment to Quality Management and continual improvement. To meet these requirements, more organizations are choosing to have their quality management systems certified to demonstrate their commitment.

We have no preconceived ideas on how you should apply quality management to your business. It is your company, and you know the best way to apply the requirements of the appropriate standard. Our role is to assess whether your management system does in fact comply with the relevant standard regardless of how you have done it! We also view support for your quality initiatives as an important part of our activities, and therefore we look, not simply for compliance with the standard(s), but also for issues to bring to your attention in terms of how your management systems and operations could perhaps be improved. After all, when our certificate hangs in your reception area, we are entrusting our reputation into your hands!!!!

Quality Management standards are all based on the plan–do–check–act (PDCA) cycle. This is a four-step model for carrying out change. Just as a circle has no end, the PDCA cycle should be repeated again and again for continuous improvement.

In today’s globally competitive business environment more organisations are choosing to have their quality management systems certified to demonstrate their commitment to quality. When it comes to quality management certification there are a few choices, ISO 9001:2015 is the world’s most recognised quality certification standard. We also offer certification to Quality Warranty, a more user friendly alternative.

Quality Management is all about having effective formalized management systems in place to ensure that products and services are delivered to specification, on-time, and at the agreed cost. At the end of the day quality management is not rocket science, it is simply having simple and effective management practices in place – nothing more than that!!!!!!

The key benefits to quality management certification:

  • Minimise mistakes
  • Cost reduction
  • Increased customer satisfaction
  • Sales and marketing advantages
  • Continuous improvement
  • Greater control over processes and internal systems
  • Access new markets and clients
  • Industry best practise
  • Happier staff and contractors
  • Demonstrates your commitment to quality

International Certifications offer the following quality management certification programs:

ISO 9001:2015 – Quality Management System

ISO 9001 is an internationally recognized standard that has been designed to ensure organizations meet the needs of customers and other stakeholders whilst meeting statutory and regulatory requirements related to the company’s products and services. ISO 9001 was developed and published by ISO (International Organization for Standardization) who are an independent, non-governmental membership organization and the world’s largest developer of voluntary International Standards.

Quality Management Certifications

Over one million organizations worldwide are independently certified to this quality standard, making ISO 9001 the most widely used management tools in the world today.

The seven quality management principles are:

  • QMP 1 – Customer focus
  • QMP 2 – Leadership
  • QMP 3 – Engagement of people
  • QMP 4 – Process approach
  • QMP 5 – Improvement
  • QMP 6 – Evidence-based decision making
  • QMP 7 – Relationship management

Quality Warranty – Quality Management System Requirements

Quality Warranty is a Quality Management Standard that organisations around the globe are choosing to demonstrate their commitment to Quality Assurance. While this standard addresses all requirements of a QMS compliant to ISO 9001, it is much easier to implement and to maintain. Consequently implementation is usually less resource intensive and more cost effective. This makes Quality Warranty a perfect alternative for small to medium size organisations. However, all types of organisations can achieve certification to this standard from primary producers, transport companies, fruit and produce agents, manufacturing companies, civil engineering, construction, government bodies, through to professional service providers and retailers.

Quality Warranty ICL

Quality Warranty has some advantages over ISO 9001, these are:

  • the certification is often more cost effective.
  • the certification logo can be used on products and packaging to demonstrate your commitment to quality (this is not allowed with ISO 9001 certification).
  • consumers are more likely to know what Quality Warranty is rather than ISO 9001.
  • the standard has been laid out in a simple user friendly format.
  • one of our auditors described it as “a very workable, easy-to-understand standard that is not full of ‘mumbo-jumbo’ to baffle all potential clients”.
